Our Founder

Gina Esa

CNC Construction, Inc’s founder Gina Esa started off in the concrete industry as a child, with a father who owned a mason company that he still operates to this day with her brother. After learning the ropes at a young age, Gina began to see a growing demand for foundation, slab and concrete work and decided to branch off on her own to focus on this niche. Her years of experience and vision for her work has created a company whose reputation continues to rise across multiple states.

With ties to Newark that go back to the days when her grandparents owned restaurants right on Ferry Street, Gina is committed to giving back to the community and actively donates services and time to many organizations. She is part of a council group for the Newark Museum as well as a member of the NRBP, a non-profit organization that focuses on issues that impact Newark businesses and the community. Through these efforts, she looks to give back to an area that’s very close to her heart while improving it for both businesses and the people who live there.

At CNC Construction, Inc. we’re committed to our team and our clients.

To our team, we’re committed to providing a culture where every individual is just as important as the next and as integral to the success of a project. Every person is treated as part of the CNC family and with respect, creating a bond between us. No matter what obstacles arise, safety is always our number one priority for our crew.

To our clients, we’re committed to providing responsive communication, quality work and on-time project delivery within budget. Our proactive approach is designed to keep ahead of the timelines and any potential issues while giving our clients peace of mind that their job is being treated with the utmost care and quality.
